We are an established ICT solutions and services provider. we undertake study, define, design, develop, test, implement and maintaining of cross platform ICT solutions. Working Experience :
Fresh Graduate with high ambition
OR
Ability to trouble-shoot and isolation of computer system problems
Respond timely to ICT system service calls and provide corrective actions.
Perform regular preventive maintenance services.
Perform ICT system installation, maintenance, upgrades and update status within 3 working days.
Assist with ICT systems testing and commissioning.
Provide timely updates of calls assigned before leaving customers’ premises (either closed or require follow-ups)
Ensure weekly call reporting is completed
Systems Experience (additional advantage) :
Configuration of OS and network environment
TCP/IP concept and application
Setting network server for various applications
Firewall and security control knowledge
Setup intranet and internet connectivity
Qualifications :
Certificate or Diploma or Degree in IT, IS, network, Electrical & Electronics
With or without working experience.
Other related professional certification (eg C&G, CEI, MCSE,CCNA,CCNP)
Others :
With own transport
Office in PJ near 1 UTAMA.
Good communication skill
Fast learner and resourceful.
