Hilton Hotel heiress Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days, by Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer, in the LA county jail for violating her probation. As a prosecutor said during closing arguments that Hilton deserved jail time, Hilton's mother, Kathy, laughed. When the judge ruled, Kathy Hilton then blurted out: "May I have your autograph?" Defense attorney Howard Weitzman said he would appeal. It will be interesting to see whether she serves time, or this sentence is sent back by the California Appellate system.
